Do I need an account to explore?
You can browse public brands, products and stories without signing in. An account lets you keep saves and follows associated with your shopper profile.
Does Found handle my order?
Checkout and fulfilment stay with the merchant. Contact the store for order changes, delivery questions or returns. Found support can help with listings and your Found account.
How do merchant benefits work?
Participating makers can publish offers with their own eligibility, expiry and redemption terms. Read those terms before claiming a benefit; availability depends on the merchant.
Can I bring my own brand to Found?
Yes. Submit a brand application and product details for review. Applying does not automatically publish a listing or book a campaign.
